Rates and terms of payment

Rates are per day and apartment, based on two-person occupancy and a minimum stay of four nights. We charge a fixed 45-euro supplement for shorter stays.

Children under 3 years old stay free of charge.

The price of accommodation does not include the tourist tax levied by the Province of Bolzano, amounting to 1.75 euros per day for each guest from 14 years of age.

Please note that we only accept payments in cash. In Italy, cash payments are limited to 2,999.99 euros for EU citizens. The nearest ATM is a two-minute walk from the farm.

A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, depending on the duration of your stay.

We are sorry, but the Edelweisshof apartments are not equipped to accommodate pets.

Cancellation policy

Although the Italian Consumer Protection Code does not provide for the right of withdrawal, we grant you the possibility to cancel your booking under the following conditions:

For cancellations made more than 3 months before arrival, we only retain the deposit.
For cancellations made between 3 months and 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the booking price.
Bookings cancelled during the last 4 weeks before arrival will be charged in full.
Cancellation fees, if any, will be deducted from the deposit.

Please refer to the provisions of art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

We recommend taking out Roter Hahn travel cancellation insurance to avoid cancellation fees in case something gets in the way of your holiday. It’s available here.

Check-in & Check-out

The apartment is at your disposal from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

During high season, Sunday is the preferred day of arrival and departure.

If you are travelling by train, we will be happy to pick you up from the railway station in Chiusa/Klausen or Bressanone/Brixen and take you back on departure at no charge.

Facilities and extras

We provide special equipment for children and babies, including high chairs, prams, cots, extra beds, children’s car seats and special cutlery.

Hiking sticks and rucksacks are available to lend. A ski depot and a parking space for mountain bikes are also available on the premises.

There is laundry service, which costs 15.00 euros.

You can take advantage of our in-house shuttle service to get to the attractions of your choice: the owner Georg is also a bus and taxi driver and will take you out on request.

The nearest bus stop is approximately 500 metres from our farm, while the ski bus to the ski area stops directly outside Edelweisshof.
